News update from FILM 2015
It was a wonderful evening today, Tuesday, 22nd September, 2015 at UNIZIK, Anambra State as Catholic universities choir trilled the entire audience with fantastic and awesome renditions of their own original works in the on-going FILM Festival. The voices and instrumental ensembles all threw the spectators into a world of wonder at the craftsmanship employed in the musical compositions. The high point of the evening was a rendition of "J'akpevwe" by Charles Aifogbokhan first perfomed by the choir of the Delta State University, Abraka at the 2005 edition held at the University of Benin. The spirit of the song came alive once again with Anne Ottah singing the solo as was performed by her, ten years ago.
